The emergency stop has been moved three times.

First it sat on the side. A hand had to bend and turn to reach it, and half a second matters when something goes wrong.

Then it went to the middle of the panel. Reachable, but elbows brushed it during normal work and stopped the machine several times a day.

Now it sits on the right: reachable standing, bending or reaching out, and it does not trigger by accident.

Moving one button three times was worth more than adding ten features.
