I’m Robert, a Food Science & Engineering graduate, founder of BAKESLA.
Before becoming a manufacturer, I was a food machinery engineer.
For more than 20 years, I have worked with bakery equipment — repairing machines, improving structures, and listening to the problems bakers face every day.
I saw many bakery owners spending hours dividing and rounding dough by hand.
I saw skilled bakers losing their time on repetitive labor instead of focusing on recipes, customers, and business growth.
That is why I chose to focus on one machine: the dough divider rounder.
